As most of you know by now, I have never posted pictures. This is my first effort-shots of my new kitchen, in our old been here forever home! Hope to get back into photography the way I used to! By the way, that's my Airedale, Clara- great dog!

Snow-Glad you liked it! Went for the modern look and with all new stainless steel appliances and stainless steel backsplashes. Both cabinet designer, and builder wanted a copy of the pics for their portfolios.
Akelamalu- Will post more and better pictures of the Airedale, along with Willow- our calico cat in residence...
har- I have never written about by illness, and probably never will. Mainly I had only myself to blame, and it does cause me some embarassment. Glad you like Airedales! We are having a tunderstorm right now, and she is currently trying to get her 80lb carcass under the computer stand...

Thanks to all on kitchen comments! When we did this, we had thought about it for a couple of years. The black glass and steel table actually doubles in size(self storing). We also bought matching counter appliances (stand mixer,toaster,coffee machine,sandwich grill, and new matching dishes). Still have a cool clock to hang, but it was really fun to finally have a nice kitchen after raising 2 boys!
I know what it's like to finally get the kitchen of your dreams. I got mine 2 years ago after waiting 30+ years. :) Happy cooking. Looking forward to meeting your cat!

Your kitchen is FAB and so freaking clean I didnt know if it was a showroom picture! Really pretty pooch too! They are a great breed we almost got one but decided on a smaller breed (went with a poodle/yorkie mix)
