One Pork Leftover Meal, And One To Go!
I had cooked pork roast, gravy, and bread..sliced the pork thin, simmered it in the leftover gravy, and put it over toast..It all took about 1/2 hour, and we were eating! Over rice, pasta, noodles, or potatoes works too!
Today I must make BB-Q sauce for ribs...it can pull double duty as a sauce for chopped pork in a bun! Three meals from one roast is even enough for me...
Yesterday, I picked up my 4th of July nukes..we shoot them over a lake for safety and viewing pleasure! I'm bringing pork baby back ribs and some other dish as well to the party we have before the fireworks..
I hope you all have a great 4th of July!

Anything saucy over crispy toast usually makes me pretty happy. But I save that for cold days in the winter when I need a pick me up.
Oh yeah! I could that until I sweat gravy...
