I tend to like my sauce sweet and I like a lot of sauce and they totally "delivered" in that department. I am a pineapple girl--no ham, just the pineapple because ham on a pizza always turns out too rubbery and tasteless. I prefer thicker crust over thin crust too--I don't enjoy crust that tastes like crackers. :P

However, I tend to like home produced pizza the very best no matter who makes it!! :)

--snowsnowelfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06774922203013114354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28789474.post-11174949643178439872007-11-09T16:46:00.000-05:002007-11-09T16:46:00.000-05:00meredic- What do you call a pizza with all that se...meredic- What do you call a pizza with all that seafood on it? H...I have a friend who owned a pizzaria in Queens. He moved down to Florida and opened one there. He used the same ingredients, the same suppliers and the same oven yet his pizza never tasted as good as when he was in New York. He finally realized that it was the water. NYC tap water has a unique taste and texture all to itself. Sure enough, on his next trip to the city, he brought back some tap water and presto ... great pizza. He has a little clique of transplanted New Yorkers down there and every time one of them goes home, they bring back tap water. The pizzas that they make with this are only for that special clique (wouldn't want to spoil the Floridians).Paul Champagnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05436813932794112221noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28789474.post-23737091504739542932007-11-09T15:52:00.000-05:002007-11-09T15:52:00.000-05:00aw man that looks good....and Happy Anniversary on...aw man that looks good....and Happy Anniversary on becoming a dad! In the 80s at least!

Outside of New York City, I don't care much for traditional American pizza. So, around here, it's Anthony's Coal-Fired Pizza, traditional Margarita-style: no sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil.
