I like a rub. I only like my sauce on the side.<br /><br />At home it's usually chicken that I opt for. I love fish, veggies, hotdogs, burgers, brats, steak and my favorite turkey has been cooked for hours on a webber with a combo of charcoal and oak wood for the heat.<br /><br />The only thing I don't like is any of it if over-cooked, burnt or sloppy with BBQ sauce.<br /><br />I also enjoy the small ribs one of our local chinese restraunts serve.
